On the evening of March 15th, a devastating Yonkers apartment fire tore through a 6 story residential building in Yonkers, NY. Due to the extensive fire and water damage, all the residents of the building were displaced and forced to leave the building for temporary housing in the vicinity of the building.
AAG was retained to prepare, present, and negotiate the property insurance claim which successfully led to the building being repaired in its entirety, and subsequently allowed all residents to return.
