Zachary Azus
Zachary Azus is a Principal at Affiliated Adjustment Group (AAG), where he plays a key leadership role in guiding the firm’s strategy, business development, and client advisory services. Since joining AAG in 2023, Zack has brought his extensive background in commercial real estate to the insurance claims and public adjusting industry, applying a strategic and analytical approach honed over years of experience. Zack works tirelessly to deliver exceptional results for his clients, collaborating closely with them to prepare insurance claims and negotiate settlements that maximize their recovery.
Prior to AAG, as a Senior Vice President of JLL, working for the real estate brokerage firm for 8+ years, Zack built a successful career in commercial real estate, specializing in transaction execution, financial structuring, and strategic advisory services for office occupiers. His ability to identify and manage each party’s leverage within complex negotiations has enabled him to deliver tailored solutions across a wide range of real estate transactions.
Zack is a graduate of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He got a Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Real Estate and Strategy. He is known for helping clients make informed decisions by distilling financial, operational, and qualitative factors into clear, actionable insights.
