Mr. Panico specializes in representing policyholders for large commercial and residential insurance claims. Mr. Panico has represented corporate clients in a wide range of claims including real estate, fashion, consumer electronics, professional services organizations, financial services firms, restaurants, production facilities, shopping malls and construction. He also has extensive experience in the appraisal process that is unique to first party property insurance policies.

Mr. Panico has been qualified as an expert witness for construction in both NY State and Federal Courts. Mr. Panico also has an extensive background in first party insurance litigation including civil procedure and trial preparation.
