David Azus
David Azus brings over 30 years of experience in the public adjusting field to the company. He is skilled in property loss consulting and damage assessment of all aspects of large losses; i.e. buildings, business personal property, machinery, equipment, fixtures, and time element losses in the United States as well as globally.
Mr. Azus brings expertise in a variety of industries including real estate, hospitality, and manufacturing. He has extensive knowledge of complicated policy language and coverage issues. In fact, he has often served as an expert witness, appraiser, and umpire, assisting insurance industry law firms with litigation and resolution of disputed value and loss issues.
Mr. Azus received his BS in Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Maryland. He also received his certification from the College of Insurance and is accredited through LIREG, BMAR Real Estate, BOMA, NAPIA, and NYPIUA.
